No replies ever

"Hi, This is my third complaint here. I am a student of EMLYON. None of us are satisfied with the treatment from the bank. We will never recommend Zebank to the new students of EMLYON. Especially because of the agency. I tried writing several emails to my agency. they never reply. If no one ever replies, why does Zebank have an email service in the website?
They never respond to my phone calls as well."
